Productivity mindset during COVID-19

Having a productivity mindset during COVID-19 is essential to being effective in our small businesses as we go through the changes the pandemic has thrust upon us. These unprecedented times will continue, and life as we know it will never be the same again. It’s time to get used to the ‘new normal’.

Our lifestyles will change again as we emerge in stages from isolation. In theory we should have more time, as we are still driving and socialising less, our kids are returning to school, and many of us continue working from home. But it seems time is running away from us.

Whatever your current situation, one thing remains – we all have the same amount of time in any one day. The difference is some of us use this time more effectively. The key is to manage your time rather than time managing you through having a productivity mindset. This is when you are clear and focused on your goals and are using all of your resources to achieve those goals in an organised way.

At Beyond Business Groups we are in the business of making improving your business easy – so this special module has some tips and tricks we have learned along the way to get you those few extra hours you might need for learning and dreaming, creating ideas for your business, and achieving your goals.
